Q1. Where is your shop located?
Front Shop No. 7 & 8, Thakur Radha Krishna Market, 6/335, Belanganj, Agra 282004. Our shop is beside Anil Udyog and directly opposite S. Padam Chand & Brothers — please make sure you enter our shop, not the one across the road.
Q2. Are you the same business as S. Padam Chand & Brothers?
No — we are a completely separate business.
Padam Chand Bearing & Belts Pvt. Ltd. is an independent company located at Front Shop No. 7 & 8, Thakur Radha Krishna Market, 6/335, Belanganj. S. Padam Chand & Brothers is a different shop located directly opposite ours. We have no ownership, branding, or operational connection with them. Our authorized brand partnerships (SKF, NBC, FAG, JK Fenner, Fixdrive ISI) are held solely by Padam Chand Bearing & Belts Pvt. Ltd.
Q3. Which brands do you carry, and which are you directly authorized for?
We hold two direct manufacturer authorizations: Authorized Industrial Part Supplier for SKF India, and Authorized Distributor for Fixdrive ISI V-belts.
We are also stockists of NBC, FAG, NTN, Koyo, IKO, Nachi and FLT bearings; JK Fenner V-belts; SKF greases (LGMT, LGHP, LGLT, VKG series); UCP/UCF pillow block housings; and Dunlop industrial hoses — all procured through manufacturer-authorized channels with full traceability.
Q4. How can I confirm a bearing is genuine?
Every bearing we sell carries the manufacturer's hologram. SKF buyers can additionally verify authenticity using the official SKF Authenticate mobile app. Every sale includes a GST-compliant tax invoice with our authorized dealer code, which serves as proof of origin and warranty.
Q5. Do you offer same-day pickup and delivery?
Yes — items in stock are available for immediate counter pickup during shop hours (Mon–Sat, 10:15 AM – 8:00 PM). Bulk orders within a 100 km radius can also be arranged for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Q6. Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — every sale includes a GST-compliant tax invoice. We are GST-registered (GSTIN visible at the shop) and the invoice carries our authorized dealer codes for the relevant brand.
Q7. Where can I read or leave a review?
Our verified Google Business Profile is the canonical place for reviews. You can read all reviews on Google ↗ or leave a review directly ↗ after your visit. Reviews left there appear on Google Search and Google Maps, and they help other workshops in Agra find a reliable bearing source. We read every review.
